District Technology Committee

 

The District Technology Committee meets several times a year to develop a plan, policies and procedures that support the vision, goals and strategies that support the integration of technology in all phases of the educational process.   The committee is representative of all phases of education: Superintendent’s Team, Directors, Administrators, Principals, Teachers, Information / Instructional Technology Services, Instructional Services, School Office Staff, Technicians,  Maintenance, and the School Board. 

While the major goal of the committee is to prepare a revised technology plan annually, members also review new technologies and make recommendations regarding purchasing and technology implementation.  Collaboration is on-going. Technology committee members are responsible for sharing issues with representative groups and reporting back to the commi.
